Yoga circle (by Nina Schipper)

Your body often indicates where you can still use support and comfort, even if you don’t think you need it. In this workshop you will learn to recognize signals and discover what you need and how to receive it. We use yoga, breathing, meditation and visualization. Nina Schipper is a yoga and kickboxing teacher, team member of ima afscheidszorg, volunteer at Steunpunt Nova and mother of Madelief*. She has a passion for ceremonies and rituals.

Liesbeth Schipper, who knows Natuurtalent and the area very well, takes you along all the beautiful places in nature around Natuurtalent, including the memorial forest where trees have been planted for people who are missed.

The conversations with each other during this walk are also very valuable.

Liesbeth is Roman’s aunt* and has therefore seen up close the impact of the loss of a baby.

Passion for wood

As a six-year-old boy, I already knew that I wanted to go to forestry school. Over the years I have worked in tree care. I know better than anyone all aspects of trees and wood. In the meantime, there is extensive knowledge and experience within the possibilities and likes to think along in solutions for optimal enjoyment. I’m social, very handy and a bit stubborn. The perfect ingredients for a GERS company.

My name is Thijs Coers and I would like to take you into a piece of my world! I will show and experience how beautiful the wood can be and what you can make from it. With me, you make your own memory for life! And you take this home with you, in the form of a board.

Writing Lovingly

Using a simple writing technique, you connect with the love within yourself, which you make visible in a text. Love is a source of strength in man. During the workshop you will tap into that source within yourself and experience what writing can do in a period of mourning and recovery.
Ed van der Vight is a grief coach and guides people in dealing with loss. He offers concrete tools to make this difficult period more bearable.
